Ciaran Saunders is Chairman of the Cambridge Buddhist Centre. He has been practicing meditation and related disciplines since 1972 and has been teaching these for over thirty years. He has an avid personal interest in the interface between contemporary psychology and the mindfulness traditions and has completed a Masters degree in mindfulness-based approaches at Bangor University.
In 2004/5 Ciaran and Michael Chaskalson co-led a number of MBSR courses with John Teasdale, one of the authors of Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy for Depression, and since then Ciaran has led several such courses each year.
Ciaran delights in sharing his explorations of mindfulness with people from all walks of life.
