At the foundation level, our eight week MBSR courses are a hybrid of the approach developed by Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn and his colleagues at the University of Massachusetts Medical Centre and the Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) programme developed by Segal, Williams and Teasdale. We teach this course in public, group-based programmes and also one-to-one by distance learning over the telephone.

 

For those who have completed the basic eight week MBSR course we offer occasional follow-up courses as well as courses that investigate other aspects of mindfulness.

 

We also offer specialist courses and workshops for those working in healthcare contexts.

 

All our courses have a homepractice requirement and are suitable for anyone who is ready to make real changes to their life.
