This Saturday follow-on course runs on 3 & 17 March from 11.00am - 5.00pm. This course is taught by Michael Chaskalson and is open to all who have attended a course with either Michael, Jane or Ciaran previously.

Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction 
February to April, 2012

This Saturday afternoon course runs on 25 February 1.30pm to 5.30pm, 10 & 24 March - 1.30pm to 5.30pm and 14 April - 10.30am to 5.30pm. This course is taught by Michael Chaskalson and is open to all.

Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction

This course runs over five Thursday and three Wednesday evenings from 6.30pm to 8.30pm. March 1, 8, 15, 22 & 29; April 4, 11, 18. There will be an optional all-day session on Saturday 14 April. The course will be taught by Jane Brendgen and is open to all.
