Mindfulness based stress reduction

This weekend course runs on these Saturday's 24th January, 7th & 21st February from 9.30am - 1.30pm as well as 7th March from 10.30am - 5.30pm. This course is taught by Anna Black and is open to all.

This evening course runs from 6.30pm - 8.30pm on these Thursday's; 29th January, 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th February as well as 5th, 19th & 26th March. This course is lead by Chantek McNeilage and is open to all.

Mindfulness Self Compassion 
January - March, 2015

This evening course runs from 6.15pm - 9.00pm on these Monday evenings; 26th January, 2nd, 9th & 23rd February as well as 2nd, 9th, 16th & 23rd March. There is also an all day session on 15th March from 10.00 - 3.30pm. This course is lead by Gayle Creasey and is open to all.
