Mindfulness based stress reduction 
September - October, 2015

This weekend course runs on these Saturdays; 5th, 19th September & 3rd October from 1.00pm - 5.00pm as well as 17th October from 10.00am - 5.00pm. this course is taught by Michael Chaskalson and is open to all.

Mindfulness Self Compassion 
September - November, 2015
The Pychosynthesis and Education Centre, 92-94 Tooley Street, London Bridge, London, SE1 2TH   map
This evening course runs on these Thursday's 24th September, 1st, 8th, 13th (Tuesday), 22nd & 29th October as well as 5th & 12th November from 6.30pm - 9.30pm. There is also an all day session on Saturday 7th November from 10.30am - 3.30pm, which is important to attend. This course is run by Gayle Creasey and is open to all.

There is also an optional all day session on 21st November should you wish to attend. This course is run by Jane Brendgen and is open to all.
