This weekend session is open to those who have completed an 8 week MBSR course previously and would like the benefit of practicing in a group setting as well as having the opportunity to speak to a tutor face to face. This course runs on Saturday 30th May from 2.30pm - 5.15pm, and is run by Anna Black.

This weekend course runs on these Saturdays; 6th & 20th June and 11th July from 1.30pm - 5.30pm as well as 25th July from 10.30am - 5.30pm. This course is taught by Michael Chaskalson and is open to all.

This evening course runs on these Thursdays; 11th, 18th & 25th June, 2nd, 9th 16th, 23rd & 30th July from 6.30pm - 8.30pm. The first session will begin at 6.00pm. There is also an optional all day session on 18th July. This course is run by Jane Brendgen and is open to all.
