A retreat day dedicated to Mindful eating, this is a great chance to understand the art of Mindful eating in greater depth. This day runs from 10.30am - 4.30pm on Sunday 15th May. This day is run by Cinzia Pezzolesi and is open to all.

deepening mindfulness - graduate course 
June - July, 2016

This weekday evening course runs on these Thursdays; 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd June, 7th & 14th July from 6.45pm - 9.00pm. There is also an all day session on Saturday 9th July. This course is run by Rosalie Dores and is open to all who have completed an MBSR course and has at least 3 months practice.
