deepening mindfulness - graduate course

This weekday evening course runs on these Thursdays; 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd June, 7th & 14th July from 6.45pm - 9.00pm. There is also an all day session on Saturday 9th July. This course is run by Rosalie Dores and is open to all who have completed an MBSR course and has at least 3 months practice.

This weekend course runs on these Saturdays; 4th & 18th June and 2nd July from 1.30pm - 5.30pm as well as 16th July from 10.30am - 5.30pm. This course is run by Michael Chaskalson and is open to all.

There is also an all day session on Saturday 16th July should you wish to attend. This course is led by Jane Brendgen and is open to all.
