Mindfulness based stress reduction with Jane 
February - April, 2016

This evening course runs on these Thursdays; 18th & 25th February, 3rd, 10th 17th & 23rd March as well as 7th & 14th April from 6.30pm - 8.30pm. The first session will begin at 6.00pm. There is also an optional all day session on 19th March. This course is run by Jane Brendgen and is open to all.

Interpersonal Mindfulness - Taster session 
8th March, 2016

This taster session gives an opportunity to understand experience the Interpersonal Mindfulness course. This session runs on Tuesday 8th March from 6.30pm - 8.30pm and is run by Jane Brendgen and is open to all who have experienced Mindfulness previously.

This weekend course runs on these Saturdays; 5th March & 19th March and 2nd April from 1.30pm - 5.30pm as well as 23rd April from 10.30am - 5.30pm. This course is run by Michael Chaskalson and is open to all who have completed an MBSR course before.
